You are invited to Anthós Restaurant where you may sit alongside our organic garden, with beautiful views towards the fortified Spinalonga Island. You will watch your meal being cooked by our specialized team, while enjoying some of the best wines produced in Greece.
Our chef, Athinagoras Kostakos sources the ingredients from the resort’s organic garden, as well as regional farms, creating delicious sustainably minded dishes that celebrate Greek tradition with a modern twist.
Enjoy “Antikristo” lamb, cooked in traditional style on bonfires on the private beach, as well as local fish and other delicacies paired with Greek wines, against the background music of the Cretan lyre. A perfect romantic dinner or a unique cultural experience.
