The tantalizing array of seven cocktails borrows colors from the abundance of defining deep blues, teals, and tans of the sea, sky, and sun with highlights of lavenders and greens from the flora.

The unique flavour that hits the palate as a sip of the Aegean trip, gliding over the tongue, comes from the combination of three distinct beverages from three equally unique Greek locations: tsikoudia from Crete, moschato wine from Limnos, and the mandarin liquor Tetteris from Chios.

A modern twist to the classic Martini, the “Green Med” is a combination of simplicity and mystique. The fragrant Bergamot, a Mediterranean fruit in its own right, is combined with the freshness of cucumber and peppermint to craft a cocktail with an unmistakable allure. Inspired by the rising, bright sun in Greece, the “Morning Sun” is a colourful Margarita with splashes of Greek Crocus (safran).

The perfect marrying of the most cherished Italian liquors and spirits yields an unbelievably passionate outcome, the “Aqua Mediterranea”. Pisco, the 16th century Spanish Conquistadors inspired Peruvian grape brandy is the basic ingredient of the “Moonlight”. The “Chios Mystique” charms the taste buds with its unique slightly woody flavour from mastic.
