The Wine Tastings; Created for exquisite private tastings and once-in-a-lifetime gatherings, the GB Cellar with its impressive 3,000 bottles of wine is an oenophile’s dream-come-true. The Sommelier – Evangelos Psofidis, with his deep knowledge and passion for Greek wine history has selected superb traditional varieties from different landscapes that will seduce you with their flavors. This Greek wine discovery may be combined and lifted off with an assortment of Greek tapas, specially prepared by the Executive Chef – Sotiris Evangelou.

This exclusive master class offers guests the opportunity to relax for 1 ½ hours in vintage carved chairs and enjoy a rare wine pairing experience at the long 17th century wooden table. A great way to discover your wine preferences while lingering in the gentle lighting of the Cellar.

Let it be your guide to the world of colours, scents and flavours.

The Magnum of the Day; Visit the picturesque GB Roof Garden Restaurant and enjoy an extremely rare “magnum” bottle wine. The 1.5 liter “magnum” bottles are chosen by winemakers for wines from their best barrels. The wine ages in a slower and more balanced way, since the size of the bottle allows for a better and higher quality aging, and gives them harmony and complexity not found in normal bottles. Savor a glass of wine of an exceptional year and from renowned winemakers, and travel the wine road… The number of glasses available is limited.
