This Greek wine discovery may be combined and lifted off with an assortment of Greek tapas, specially prepared by the Executive Chef – Sotiris Evangelou.

This exclusive master class offers guests the opportunity to relax for 1 ½ hours in vintage carved chairs and enjoy a rare wine pairing experience at the long 17th century wooden table. A great way to discover your wine preferences while lingering in the gentle lighting of the Cellar.

The Sommelier’s Book; Inspired by Mr. Evangelos Psofidis, the “GB Sommelier’s Tips”, posted on the hotel’s Facebook fan page every Wednesday for the past two years, and further compiled into an authentic Sommelier’s Book offering educative tips regarding wine, spirits and cigars. The 1.5 liter “magnum” bottles are chosen by winemakers for wines from their best barrels. The wine ages in a slower and more balanced way, since the size of the bottle allows for a better and higher quality aging, and gives them harmony and complexity not found in normal bottles. Savor a glass of wine of an exceptional year and from renowned winemakers, and travel the wine road… The number of glasses available is limited.
