Any authentic culinary voyage inspired by Italian lore, starts with the bruschetta, accompanied with a glass of Negroni, a brilliant red aperitivo. Next stop to our Italicius journey is the salad, a refreshing balance between figs and prosciutto, while a glass of prosecco wine will offer a summery bubbling sensation to the palate.
Halfway to our Italian endeavor, just before the main course, the tradition dictates for pasta. Our team prepares for you a delicious ravioli serving, staffed with mushrooms and truffle, served with an original Sicilian white wine, of the Zibbibo variety, adding a delicate pineapple, citrus and flowery flavor to your taste; a small picture of Sicilian plains coming to mind.
For the main course, our new menu offers two separate routes: a stop to a small fishing village of Southern Italy or the meat-loving offerings from the North. You may choose between fresh seabass fillet ala Sicilian, ideally combined with a glass of an elegant rose wine from Cote de Provence, or the Scaloppine di filetto; delicately cooked pork fillets accompanied with the oak character of a glass of Chunky Red Zinfadel.
An authentic Italian experience comes to an end and reaches its destination only with the world famous beloved dessert, Tiramisu, and a shot of select espresso coffee.
