Following the successful first-ever Ironman 70.3 Greece, Costa Navarino in 2019, that brought together 1500 elite athletes and over 3000 spectators and volunteers from 61 countries and offered Greece a prominent place in modern sports history, the second edition of IRONMAN 70.3 Greece is coming back to the homeland of the Olympic spirit on 24 October 2021, to showcase the next heroes.

Participants from around the globe will again live a powerful experience on this remarkable triathlon race, the biggest in Greece, starting with a demanding 1.9km (1.2 miles) open-water swimming competition in the Ionian Sea – from the golden sands of Costa Navarino’s The Dunes Beach, followed by a 90km (56 miles) cycling ride on paved roads through picturesque villages, centuries-old olive groves and pine-covered hills with breathtaking vistas, and completing with a half-marathon of 21km (13.1 miles) along pristine beaches and cobblestone paths towards the finishing line at The Romanos lobby.
